Dropbox logoWe use Dropbox a lot in DoneDeal. It is a really great tool for sharing files between users.

For example, we use an external designer to do some work for us. He is working in our Dropbox, which means that we have immediate access to the designs he has made. Also, all the files are automatically backed up to Dropbox, so if his computer crashes we still have all his work.

I really recommend that you try Dropbox for your own team. However, there is one important security aspect to keep in mind. Dropbox copies all the files to the local computer. If the computer is lost or stolen all those files are still on that computer. Therefore, you should not use Dropbox for anything that is seriously top-secret. E.g. we do not put any staff contracts on Dropbox. But most of our stuff is not that top-secret.
