Odd that I stumbled on this post of your blog after watching Transformers 3 last night. I noticed a few people using them as chairs in the film and thought it was weird. May give it a go since my home "office" (corner of my bedroom!) currently has no chair lol

And no-one better than Steve Jobs to bring an idea into reality. His attention to detail meant the end product/service was easy to use, nice to look at, solved real-world problems, etc.

For the week that's in it..... Xerox developed the mouse after Doug Englebart invented it.... But Steve Jobs spotted the potential and made it a reality! I'd add 'perseverance' in with 'action'! As Edison said of his many attempts at making lightbulbs ... "I have not failed, I have just found 10,000 ways that won't work"

Sounds like you could call it JIT marketing! 'Just in time' is used mostly in manufacturing to ensure you don't carry too much stock and the stock arrives just as it's needed. So similarly with your model you don't 'carry' too much advertising costs and instead work out how to get the advertising to arrive at the time the customer is about to make their buying decision. Couple that with a 'moments of truth' type service model and I think it would be a winner! Pretty much the holy grail though I think, there's many a company working on customer analytics to try and achieve it!
